A Few Minutes Daily: Unlock the Treasure of a Fit Body

In today’s busiest times, staying fit and healthy can sometimes feel not just difficult but nearly impossible. Our lifestyle has evolved to a point where the idea of exercising or even walking has nearly vanished. Some people still join a gym or a fitness center, but this requires not only 2 to 3 hours of their day but also money, making it hard for most to sustain such a routine. However, if you can carve out just 10 to 15 minutes for yourself throughout the day, you won’t need to go to a gym or spend thousands of rupees.

Yes, today we will share some exercise methods that will not only help you feel fit and healthy but also save you money. The following methods have been suggested by fitness expert Ramona Burganza, showing how you can keep fit without going to a gym.

According to Ramona Burganza, you should dedicate 10 minutes from your daily routine to exercise, dividing this time into various activities. The exercises include:

  1. In the first minute, perform standing abs (lifting one leg and arm alternately).

  2. In the second minute, do jumping jacks (slowly jumping while spreading your arms and legs).

  3. In the third minute, perform sit-ups.

  4. For one minute, do tabletop heel taps (lying straight and lifting both legs up and down).

  5. In the next 60 seconds, do diagonal leg extensions (lying on one side and moving one leg up and down).

  6. In the third minute, do glute bridges (lying straight, lifting your back up and then lowering it).

  7. For one minute, perform side plank raises (lying on one side, supporting with one arm and leg, and lifting your body upwards while keeping your feet on the ground).

  8. In the next 60 seconds, do Superman exercises (lying on your stomach, first lift your right arm and left leg, then switch to your left arm and right leg. Hold this for a few seconds, then lift both arms and legs off the ground, repeating this process).

  9. In the next minute, do wall flatteners (keeping your hands below your waist, one leg back and the other forward, then lowering the back leg).

  10. In the final minute, perform a standard plank (start in a push-up position, bring your elbows together while keeping your feet on the ground, and hold this position for a few seconds).

Additionally, there are other ways to stay fit without going to the gym:

  • Run 50 meters eight times with two-minute breaks to keep yourself fit.

  • Do ten push-ups.

  • Perform 15 air squats (moving your body up and down with your hands extended in front).

  • Take a one-minute break between these exercise rounds.

  • Run 400 meters with a 30-second break in between.

These exercises will take you only 15 to 30 minutes at most, but those minutes will provide you with energy that you won’t get from any other activity throughout the day. This lifestyle is also a guarantee for your healthy living. So take care of yourself because if you’re well, everything else will fall into place.
